About the Role
  
Our client is looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly alongside the founding team, driving execution across the company’s most strategic and high-impact initiatives. This is a highly operational and commercially focused role, suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and is comfortable operating across multiple functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business growth, strategic projects, operational improvements, market expansion initiatives, and cross-functional execution, while helping leadership navigate opportunities and challenges as the company scales.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with founders and executive leadership to drive execution of key strategic priorities.
• Lead and support high-impact projects across operations, strategy, business growth, technology, data, and organizational development.
• Conduct research, analysis, and financial modeling to support business decisions and long-term planning.
• Build and improve operational processes, systems, and workflows that drive efficiency and scalability.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution.
• Develop executive presentations, board materials, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements, automation, and process optimization.
• Support expansion initiatives, integrations, and special projects as the business evolves.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive projects from concept through implementation.
• Act as a trusted partner to leadership, helping solve complex challenges and remove barriers to execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, private equity, investment banking, corporate strategy, business operations, or a high-growth operating environment.
• Proven experience leading or supporting complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including experience with financial modeling, business analysis, and strategic planning.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments where structure and processes are still being developed.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Experience creating presentations, business cases, and recommendations for executive or board-level audiences.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and ownership.
• Demonstrated ability to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence across functions and levels of an organization.
