Our Client is looking for a highly motivated Account Executive.

About the Role
  
Our client is developing technology to help people design, plan, and deliver infrastructure projects more effectively. Their focus is on enhancing human capability by enabling both technical and non-technical users to model projects, estimate costs, and forecast construction timelines with greater accuracy.
In this role, you will work directly on sales initiatives across the UAE. You will be part of a small, early-stage team, contributing closely to the company’s growth and strategic direction.
Our client is looking for individuals who are driven by ambitious challenges – people who are persistent, willing to explore bold ideas, and comfortable learning through failure while tackling complex problems.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process, from initial discovery through to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, develop proposals, and maintain consistent follow-up with mid-market stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales development teams to convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Develop customized proposals and business cases aligned with client objectives, including ROI and digital transformation goals.
  • Lead presentations, demonstrations, and workshops involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to support onboarding and drive account expansion.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and ensure CRM data integrity to support revenue planning.
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, and client engagements within the assigned region.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, including at least 3+ years in enterprise software, ideally within SaaS or industrial technology environments.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully closing high-value enterprise deals in the six- to seven-figure range.
  • Strong capability in managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, extended timelines, and customized commercial structures.
  • Confident executive presence with a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
  • Comfortable engaging with technical and cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, design, and finance teams.
  • Experience handling formal procurement processes such as RFPs, as well as multi-year agreements and pilot-to-scale engagements.
  • Flexibility to travel regionally and internationally as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
