About the Role
  
As our client continues to expand across North America, they are seeking a Multifamily Account Executive to drive new business growth within the multifamily residential sector. This role is focused on developing client relationships, identifying and closing new opportunities, and delivering a seamless customer experience across both hardware and software solutions.
The Multifamily Account Executive will play a key role in engaging prospective clients, managing the sales process from initial outreach through contract close, and partnering cross-functionally to support successful deployment and long-term customer value.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multifamily residential clients and industry stakeholders, with a focus on securing commercially viable opportunities across integrated hardware and software solutions
  • Consistently achieve defined sales targets, pipeline metrics, and broader business objectives
  • Provide consultative guidance to decision-makers within the property management sector on smart access and security solutions
  • Educate customers on product capabilities, use cases, implementation best practices, and relevant security considerations
  • Address client inquiries and coordinate closely with internal teams to support deployment and ongoing post-sale engagement, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a deep understanding of current and evolving product offerings, including hardware, software, and integration capabilities
  • Drive market awareness and pipeline generation through a multi-channel approach, including outbound outreach, industry events, webinars, and digital platforms
  • Capture and communicate customer feedback and product gaps to internal teams, helping to inform prioritization aligned with revenue opportunities
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 30% for client meetings, industry events, and onsite engagements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling access control hardware and software solutions within the multifamily residential sector
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end sales processes and deal cycles
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong knowledge of smart access technologies, including smart locks, keyless entry, and access control systems
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer situations with a structured, solutions-oriented approach
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to accurately track pipeline activity and project status within CRM systems
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across multiple internal functions
  • Self-sufficient and resourceful, capable of managing responsibilities with minimal oversight
  • Flexibility to collaborate across time zones within a global organization as needed
