Our Client is seeking an Account Executive to support continued growth and expansion.

Our client operates at the forefront of the physical security sector, delivering AI-driven solutions that enable organisations to effectively monitor, manage, and respond to security incidents. Their platform leverages advanced machine learning and analytics to modernise traditional security operations, shifting them toward proactive, intelligence-led systems. The business is committed to enhancing security outcomes while improving operational efficiency for its customers. They are now seeking an Account Executive to support continued growth and expansion.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement strategic lead generation initiatives aligned to the organisation’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), with a focus on mid-market, enterprise, and high-security industries.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and contract close.
  • Build and manage a healthy, predictable sales pipeline to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly recurring revenue targets.
  • Deliver customised product demonstrations tailored to the operational needs and security challenges of prospective clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by offering informed perspectives on market developments and emerging security technologies to support client decision-making.
  • Capture and communicate customer insights to inform product enhancement and optimise sales effectiveness.
  • Support the ongoing refinement of the company’s sales playbook to enable scalable, repeatable growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding revenue targets, with a strong preference for candidates achieving 125%+ of quota.
  • Proven capability in outbound prospecting and developing multi-threaded relationships within complex sales environments.
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical product features as tangible business value to non-technical decision-makers.
  • Experience selling into mid-market organisations or within the physical security sector is highly advantageous.
  • Collaborative team player who works effectively across functions to achieve shared commercial objectives.
  • Proactive, self-motivated individual with a growth mindset, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Background in high-growth startup environments, ideally within Series A or Series B stages.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
