· Exceptional employee experiences: Maximising the value of the office by providing employees with tools to find and reserve spaces, connect with colleagues, and enjoy optimal working conditions.

Role Overview:

The Head of Product – Smart Buildings is responsible for defining and delivering the product vision, strategy, and execution for a global portfolio of IoT solutions that enable smarter, healthier, and more sustainable buildings. The role leads the end-to-end product lifecycle across workplace technologies, including occupancy sensing, indoor air quality, energy monitoring, and building management systems.
Serving as the key link between customers, partners, business stakeholders, and technical teams, the role ensures that products deliver measurable value in operational efficiency, sustainability, and occupant experience. The Head of Product leads the Product organisation and is accountable for customer growth, revenue performance, and profitability across the product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

· Own their product vision and roadmap, aligned to growth targets, client outcomes, and market demand; continuously prioritising investment based on customer value, revenue impact, and strategic fit.
· Drive customer adoption and advocacy, leading senior client engagements and using usage data and NPS insights to improve retention, expansion, and satisfaction.
· Deliver product performance at scale, defining and tracking KPIs across adoption, reliability, quality, and lifecycle efficiency, with clear accountability for continuous improvement.
· Own commercial performance, including pricing and monetisation strategy, contributing directly to revenue growth, margin improvement, and portfolio profitability.
· Execute go-to-market delivery, partnering with Sales and Marketing to ensure strong positioning, global launches, and measurable product-market fit.
· Ensure secure, compliant, and high-quality delivery, meeting regulatory, SLA, and industry standards while managing vendors and integrations across the product ecosystem.
Key Skills & Experience:
· Extensive product leadership experience, with a strong track record of building, scaling, and leading enterprise-grade IoT or Smart Building products for global markets.
· Proven people and portfolio leadership, with sustained accountability for high-performing teams and the commercial success of complex, multi-product platforms.
· Strong commercial and strategic acumen, including ownership of pricing, monetisation models, revenue growth, margin performance, and senior client negotiations.
· Deep technical fluency across IoT ecosystems, spanning sensors, embedded systems, wireless protocols, edge computing, cloud-based PaaS/SaaS architectures, and system integrations.
· Demonstrated expertise in Smart Building domains, including energy monitoring, HVAC and lighting integration, building operations, facilities management, and energy optimisation.
· Data-driven product leadership, owning key metrics such as adoption, retention, and NPS, and using analytics, customer insight, and market research to guide product decisions.
· Strong execution capability using Agile methodologies, overseeing the full product lifecycle while aligning engineering, design, marketing, and customer teams.
· Credible senior stakeholder communicator, able to influence technical and executive audiences while navigating complex organisations and driving initiatives independently.
