Paul is the Regional Director for LMRE Asia Pacific and responsible for accelerating our client growth across the region.
Originally from London, he moved out to Asia 10 years ago and now calls Singapore home. Paul brings over 16 years international experience of scaling high performance teams in emerging markets and is passionate about working towards a Net-Zero climate. The team will partner with VCs, Fund managers, Real Estate leaders and Start-ups to challenge traditional norms and create new initiatives, so they have access to the very best global talent.

An early run around Sentosa island followed by breakfast and swim at the beach with his children, then sneaking out to play a rugby match in the afternoon and pretend he’s still in his 20s.
