Leo is LMRE’s second NYC-based hire. Joining as a Technical Recruitment Consultant, Leo has had the fortune of placing a wide portfolio of candidates, ranging from mid-level software roles up to Director-level positions. The start-up space is of particular interest to him because of how impactful candidate conversations and candidate relationships can be for a client’s growth potential. Connecting companies to that one critical hire is what excites Leo!
Leo is particularly interested in PropTech and ConTech because of his experiences living in NYC. To him, New York is a dynamic, fluid place. All aspects of the city seem to change, except the physical built environment that makes up the city’s skyline. PropTech and ConTech – now more than ever – are going to allow for NYC and other urban areas to adapt to population swells, climate change, and a tech-savvy future.

Waking up to his goldendoodle ready to play, eating a classic New York delicacy – bagel with cream cheese and lox, and buying tickets to see the newest musical or play, while ending the day enjoying a new restaurant that’s just opened around the block!
