Emma has joined LMRE as a Recruitment Consultant for our North American team. Emma is a proven business developer with experience in recruitment, staffing, casting, and production. She built out the recruiting function for one of the fastest growing healthcare management consulting firms from the ground up in NYC, SCALE Healthcare. Emma was responsible for sourcing all internal full-time positions and C-Suite on behalf of SCALE provider group clients and private equity partners.
Emma has over six years of experience in event staffing, casting, and production. Most recently, she has worked on multiple projects in tandem with the creative powerhouse Eventure Production to produce experiential marketing activations and original content for brands internationally.
Emma helps simplify the search process by guiding her clients with transparency, speed, and efficiency. Emma is a natural connector with the ability to nurture and build close client relationships, which allows her to excel in talent search and creative strategy.
