Duncan has been in the recruitment industry for the past 12 years and spent 8 years in Asia helping to build out new recruitment businesses and launching offices. He has been back in the UK for the past 3 years focussing on the Data & Analytics market and is looking to build out LMRE’s offering in this space. He joined LMRE to Head up the Data & Analytics Team across the UK, US and Asia-Pacific and has since transitioned into a COO role within the business to drive forward revenue and operational growth across the Global Business.
