Our client is a Canadian real estate software company looking to expand into the US in 2021. Their clients manage office, retail and multi-residential portfolios of more than 100 buildings and use the platform to ensure their facilities are compliant, efficient and safe.

They are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to lead the company into the US Market. You will be responsible for hunting for new opportunities, converting qualified leads, conducting demos, negotiating pricing/terms, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling SaaS technology over phone, email and video call channels. Real estate property management SaaS experience is required. This role is a unique opportunity to work very closely in a small team with established technology where there is no ceiling for growth and contribute to its development and direction.
