About Our Client

Ranked as one of the most promising Spanish startups of 2022, our client is a hyper-growth PropTech started in 2020 by founders with deep experience in travel and technology.Their mission is to empower individuals to live where they want, when they want. They do this by disrupting the traditional residential real estate market and providing turn-key design-forward residential apartments for monthly stays powered by tech. They are now at 150 employees across four markets and have experienced a 12x growth in revenue in the last year alone surpassing a €10M annual run rate. This summer, they also successfully raised Series A with a renowned venture capital firm.

About the Role

Reporting directly to Founders and working closely with the leadership team, you will play a key role in building, leading and driving the best sales strategies and team. This role will be heavily focused in the short to mid-term on deepening penetration in the B2B space and building process to make B2C and B2B lead generation and pipeline management more efficient and scalable. This role will have a direct impact on the company’s growth and profitability and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales leadership and building impactful inbound and outbound sales growth.

Main Responsibilities

•Define global sales strategy and drive execution
•Lead the best combination of web, inside sales, direct sales, and successful B2B partnerships to drive company goals
•Oversee and develop the sales team roadmap and predictable sales model that enables accurate forecasting
•Manage and develop the Sales team, engaging team members, raising performance, and retaining the best talent
•Design and build the right sales team structure in a scalable model that enables high growth in European markets
•Create effective market penetration strategies when entering new markets
•Influence the definition and implementation of tech internal tools and customer facing applications to meet sales goalsRequirements
•5+ years of relevant experience of which 3+ years should be in a VP or Director of Sales role managing sales teams of at least 5 people
•Familiar and comfortable with a hyper growth and / or fast-paced company, ideally a start – up
•Demonstrated progressive leadership experience leading international teams in inbound and outbound sales.
•Experience overseeing sales and defining go-to-market strategies across international markets
•Fluency in English and highly proficient in Spanish
•They value proven experience building a department’s structure & processes, tools introduction and automation
•Ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset
•Highly developed negotiation skills
