Our Client is seeking a VP of Revenue Operations.

Our Client is seeking a VP of Revenue Operations. In this role you will lead, scale, and optimize a Revenue Operations team in driving strategy, planning, and operational support for the revenue organization.

  • Drive the development and execution of the company’s revenue strategy across all regions and territories, ensuring a focus on long-term strategic impact rather than short-term reactive goals.
  • Enhance and streamline key operational areas, including pricing strategy, competitive positioning, proposal management, territory and capacity planning, quota and compensation design, tech stack optimization and ROI analysis, data enrichment, lead source evaluation, and pipeline and forecast accuracy.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the Revenue Operations team to implement operational strategies effectively while fostering a culture of motivation and professional development. Manage the business rhythms that support operational excellence, such as team meetings, forecast calls, monthly reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional leadership to create and maintain a consistent operating cadence across all territories in North America and the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide the leadership team with clear insights and actionable, data-driven recommendations.
  • Conduct analysis and deliver guidance on sales initiatives, strategic priorities, and operational challenges — including adjustments to coverage models, launching enterprise upsell motions, refining qualification criteria, and reallocating SDR capacity.
  • Champion Salesforce hygiene to enable effective execution, inspection, accountability, and accurate forecasting — ensuring data completeness, timely stage progression, accurate close dates, consistent activity tracking, and proper opportunity attribution in close partnership with Revenue Operations and sales leadership.
  • Maintain deep visibility into pipeline health, key opportunities, strategic accounts, and related risks and strengths through weekly deal reviews, pipeline dashboards, territory-level reports, and direct collaboration with frontline sellers and managers.
  • Act as a point of escalation for operational issues, including those related to compensation, quotas, personnel, and KPI risks.
  • Lead the annual planning process in collaboration with central planning, covering organizational design, GTM (go-to-market) resourcing, and cross-functional alignment across all regions.
  • Stay closely aligned with cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Services to ensure full organizational coordination.
  • Proactively identify and manage organizational risks by bridging cross-functional gaps, highlighting misalignments, and delivering constructive feedback to correct behaviors that could undermine long-term success — through QBRs, executive meetings, war rooms, and real-time updates to senior leadership.

Experience and Education Required:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics); MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the technology industry, with at least 5 years of people management and Revenue Operations experience.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Demonstrable history of using data-driven insights to improve sales performance, including the ability to create analysis, influence others, and collaborate with different groups to meet requirements.
  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with Salesforce and related sales forecasting and reporting tools.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Project Management: Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with construction technology, AEC software, or related industry preferred.
