VP of Operations (People)

Note- this person HAS to be based in NYC, willing to go into office 3 days a week.
About our client

They’re expanding at lightning speed, and are looking for great people to join them. As the VP of People Operations, you’ll be tasked with building out the HR function (inclusive of talent acquisition) for our Series A property management software client. You’ll be in charge of an international team and scaling processes from ground up. You’ll communicate with the CEO daily and inform startegic decisions regarding the growth and direction of the people function.

About you

• You have 10+ years experience in HR/People Operations/Recruitment.
• You have 2+ years leading and managing a team.
• You’re a creative problem solver
• You are a team player, you enjoy collaborating and working as part of a team.
• You have experience scaling a company from ~50 to 100+ employees.
• You have experience in an innovative SaaS company (proptech/fintech prefered).

Salary Range

$180,000-$200,000

Equity Compensation

Please note compensation is made up of a base salary and stock options within the company.
