About the Role

The VDC team is a prominent professional arm within the company, responsible for the creation of the clients’ construction projects within their system. It involves combining the clients’ models, plans and construction insights, with proven construction management methodologies, into an accurate digital representation of the project in reality.
  
The team consists of experienced civil engineers and architects with a background in site based project management.
  
Responsibilities

  • Conduct frequent construction focused technical discussions with customers.
  • Be a construction expert within the company to guide other internal teams to best support customers needs.
  • Create the ‘solution’ for different global construction projects;
  • Work by internal design guidelines combined with clients’ specific requirements to create a system that optimally represents their project and serves the client’s needs.
  • Be the professional function responsible for the system throughout the client’s project’s lifecycle- from fit out start, to project’s delivery.
  • Understand the complexities of specific projects construction methodologies, dive into the project metrics and workflows.
  • As part of the team, use your experience to constantly contribute to the optimisation of our unique design methodology, for quality and efficiency.
  • Take a prominent part of clients’ implementation stage, by meeting clients at discovery sessions, understanding their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with various teams, such as Customer Success and Product, in order to support the project and clients’ needs.

  
Qualifications & Person Specification

  • 3+ years of proven operational experience in construction projects.
  • French native speaker
  • Strong working knowledge of 3D modeling software (experience with Navisworks Manage- an advantage)
  • Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Strong working knowledge of MEP systems and installations.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Great interpersonal skills & interface management
  • Ability to manage an interface with clients; manage discovery sessions, and represent the clients perspective in the best possible way.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
