Interactive Developer – Unreal Engine

Our client creates beautiful visualisation, digital and physical experiences for the design, planning and marketing of Real Estate. Their professional approach lends creativity and project management to traditional craft and the latest interactive and visualisation technologies. They currently have an opening for an UX/UI Designer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing & maintaining Interactive applications & experiences for their valued customers. Ranging from Touchscreens, Media tables to AR & VR. You will have a chance to work on some of the most exciting projects aimed towards property marketing. Whilst prominently the work will be on the Interactive app side there will be elements of creating beautiful presentation templates and working with the Business Development Director.

Main Duties Will Include:

• Plan and implement new designs
• Optimize existing user interface designs
• Test for intuitivity and experience
• Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
• Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
• Create prototypes for new product ideas
• Test new ideas before implementing
• Conduct an ongoing user research

Essential:

• 3+ Years of production experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role
• UI design portfolio
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to discuss and explain design options
• Detail oriented, Critical thinker.
• Problem solver and customer-centered
• Expert knowledge with UI design workflows, able to produce high fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Dreamweaver
• Expert knowledge with Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD
• Experience with HTML5 & CSS3 is a bonus but not essential.
• Familiar with Motion Graphic (After effects)
• Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction.
