Our client seeks an experienced Technical Training & Development Manager drive enablement training for GTM departments.

About the Role
Our client seeks an experienced Technical Training & Development Manager to align their revenue organization with the product enablement essential to effectively build and accelerate sales opportunities. The role requires partnering with cross-functional leaders and teams to execute a technical/product-focused learning strategy, framework, methodologies, and supporting processes across various customer-facing roles in the company.
  
  
Responsibilities

  • Product Training Development: Create and deliver in-depth training programs, including product functionality, new features, and updates, tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Technical Enablement: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate technical concepts into accessible learning materials, such as guides, playbooks, and video tutorials.
  • Customer Use Case Education: Equip teams with knowledge of customer use cases, industry applications, and real-world scenarios to strengthen solution positioning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Account Executives (AEs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Marketing, and Solution Consultants (SCs) to align on enablement strategies that address technical questions and customer pain points.
  • Content Development: Develop a library of product-focused enablement resources, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and onboarding materials for new team members.
  • Workshops and Certification: Lead interactive workshops and certification programs to deepen technical understanding and product fluency among customer-facing roles.
  • Performance Measurement: Track and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs, collecting feedback to improve training quality and relevance.

  
Qualifications & Person Specification

  • Proven experience in product or technical enablement, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies to create engaging training content.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to grasp complex concepts and translate them for diverse audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to deliver impactful enablement programs.
  • Familiarity with Talent LMS, Synthesia, and/or similar tools.
  • Background in the construction industry or similar technical fields is highly desired.
