Our Client is looking for an individual with a strong blend of technical skills and a customer-focused mindset to join its international solutions team as Technical Account Manager. In this role, you will support a diverse suite of software products tailored to various real estate markets worldwide. Responsibilities include resolving technical issues via email and phone, while working closely with clients to ensure effective use of the software. Success in this position relies on the ability to combine technical know-how with a service-oriented approach to build strong client relationships and contribute to their continued success.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Apply analytical thinking to troubleshoot software-related issues, proactively identifying challenges and delivering effective resolutions.
  • Deliver high-quality customer support during system rollouts and updates, ensuring a smooth transition for end users.
  • Manage follow-ups on unresolved matters, coordinating with clients to gather necessary information and ensure timely outcomes.
  • Create thorough documentation for escalated cases, clearly outlining issues and contributing to internal knowledge resources.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and collaborative setup sessions.
  • Work closely with team members across international offices, contributing to shared goals and team-wide success.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a genuine interest in working with data and numbers.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing technical issues and providing remote support via phone and email.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
  • Keen attention to detail and a methodical approach to following established procedures.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with accounting concepts, supporting effective responses to finance-related client queries.
  • Working knowledge of SQL Server and web server environments.
  • Prior experience in technical support and application troubleshooting, offering a solid base for this role.
