Our client is developing the next generation of building management: fully autonomous & AI-based with the most scalable and cost-effective software solution to reduce energy consumption in commercial buildings worldwide.

Their ambitious team of engineers, developers, sales, marketing and admin experts in Germany, Spain and the UK acts cross-functionally and agilely and works together to realize their mission: to reduce CO2 emissions worldwide as quickly as possible.

As Lead Customer Success Manager (all genders) you will drive corporate growth by improving the customer journey and identifying revenue drivers while at the same time ensuring customer satisfaction.

About the Role
• You will define the Customer Success strategy and manage Customer Success activities
• You will implement programs to optimize the customer journey and to drive customer lifetime value by e.g. cross and upselling, adjusted to different customer segments
• You will cooperate across teams to discover and develop opportunities for customer growth and will especially work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product
• You understand your role as customer advocate and help the organization to keep a customer-centric perspective
• You measure the effectiveness of Customer Success by establishing relevant metrics
• You prepare and review weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly strategy and goals
• You will build, manage, and coach a high-performing Customer Success team

Your Profile
• Previous working experience in customer-facing / Sales roles for 5+ years
• Previous working experience in Customer Success for 3+ years
• Degree in Business Administration, Sales Management or similar relevant field
• Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
• Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
• The ability to architect services that align with customers’ needs and scale with growth projections
• Data-driven, critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Experience in working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
• Experience in working in Proptech is a plus
• Experience in building and managing a high-performing international Customer Success team is a plus
• Good knowledge Salesforce is a plus
• Fluent German and English (at least C1)
