Our Property Management Client is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to join their team.  
Under minimal direction, the Senior Technical Account Manager (Senior TAM) provides consultative, implementation, and professional services to a portfolio of assigned clients to manage and utilize the business operations and financial accounting functions in our software.  The Senior TAM performs complex software implementation; navigation and customization of financial reporting, accounting, and business operating systems; research, analysis and resolution of software issues; and product customization as dictated by client business operating practices. The Senior TAM coaches and helps develop the skills of other employees; co-leads large-scale client implementations; and performs on-site implementations with proficiency and professionalism.       

Key Responsibilities and Duties
 30% – Implementation and Software Support – Performs complex product implementation and conversion services for assigned clients. Analyzes and interprets client operational needs and determines initial system configuration accordingly. Performs data mapping and conversion, user training, and other services to ensure successful software deployment. Advises and institutes best practices relevant to clients in the application of products. Consults with and provides direction to software end-users; assists end-uses with the day to day operation of system software including financial reporting, accounting, and daily business operations. Serves as a knowledge expert resource for specific user application(s) and as such is the point of escalation for many application specific issues. Identifies ongoing application systems issues for assigned applications and initiates the communication of revisions and best practices.     
40% – Software Management and Consultation – Performs complex system and business process reviews and other services reviews to identify inefficient processes and makes sound recommendations for client productivity gains through the use of our software. Manages continued software integrations, maintenance, and updates in collaboration with clients. Researches, analyzes, and resolves software functionality and reporting problems for clients. Uses positive influence with clients to effectively navigate sensitive client objections, communicate difficult messages (e.g., significant system changes, etc.), preemptively address potential client concerns, build sustaining alliances with clients, and influence positive outcomes through active counsel. Enlists support from management and peers to address complex client requests and resolve complex issues.  
 15% – Professional Development Coaching – Helps develop the skills of other employees; shares technology, product, and industry knowledge; explains problem-solving techniques; and provides guidance for communicating with clients.  
Additional Responsibilities   
10% – Process and Support Evaluation – Evaluates Company resources and software functionality in connection with prioritizing and responding to client requests; provides recommendations and informed direction to clients regarding ancillary products and services that align with client business and operational needs and goals.   
5% – Special Projects – Collaborates internally with analysts, designers, programmers, sales, and marketing with a focus on meeting client needs and maintaining high-level customer service standards; completes special projects related to department training and client support; and performs other duties as assigned.      

Desired Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences or equivalent experience in the property management industry  
Four plus (4+) years of Yardi domain experience  
Demonstrates an ability to positively influence clients, peers, and management  
Demonstrates an ability to independently manage and resolve a variety of client issues   
Demonstrates an ability to mentor, coach, and train other team members  
Technical fluency in all of the following areas: Microsoft operating and network system operation, relational databases, and SQL/Oracle language    
Industry expertise in property management and accounting principles  
Proven project management experience and customer relationship management skills.  

Desired Experience
Technical expertise in mobility and mobile devises 
Fluency in social media  
Ability to think and act strategically by visualizing new possibilities, challenging assumptions, and recommending the implementation of new ideas or strategies

Ability to work at assigned office location   
Schedule flexibility to support superlative customer service in response to client needs  
Attend meetings and perform tasks for extended periods of time on a computer and on the telephone
