About our Client
 
A cloud-based facility and asset management software company is looking to expand its presence in the DACH region. Their platform enhances operational efficiency in commercial and industrial real estate by integrating advanced technologies for comprehensive property management solutions.
 
Currently, their team consists of around 95 professionals, managing over 2 billion square feet of property across 34 countries, serving more than 400 clients worldwide. However, their DACH team is still small, with just four members, and they are now looking to add a Senior Sales professional to help drive growth in the region.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a hunter-heavy 360° sales role (full-cycle sales from prospecting to close, including cold calling)
• Native German speaker
• Strong network in commercial real estate, ESG, or industrial sectors
• Comfortable closing deals between €150,000 – €2 million
