Our Property Technology Client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team.

About the Role
We are a growing PropTech company that uses smart technology and data to help buildings become more energy efficient and sustainable and we are looking for a hands-on Senior Project Manager to lead our software development projects, manage remote teams, and improve how we work. You’ll help shape our project management function and ensure that our product development stays aligned with business priorities.
Responsibilities and Duties
Lead and structure the Project Management Office (PMO)
Prioritize and manage multiple projects based on business needs
Drive Agile practices and lead sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives
Coordinate with local and offshore development teams
Track project progress, risks and KPIs; report to leadership regularly
Ensure clear communication across engineering, product and sales teams
Manage project budgets and resource allocation efficiently
Promote continuous improvement through feedback and retrospectives
Qualifications and Requirements
10+ years of experience in software project management, with 5+ years in a leadership role
Proven experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and DevOps practices
Experience working with remote/distributed teams across time zones
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Linear, Confluence, or similar
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience scaling project management functions in a growing tech company is a plus
