This individual will enhance the infrastructure that processes billions of dollars in payments while driving the adoption of financial products among millions of Landlords and Renters.

Responsibilities: As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

  • Lead the team that facilitates rent payments through our client’s platform – a crucial part of their business and users’ businesses.
  • Drive adoption of rent payments and other financial solutions.
  • Manage the product team’s day-to-day work, serving as scrum master and product owner.
  • Contribute to achieving quarterly and annual OKRs as part of the product organization.
  • Define quarterly roadmaps that enhance user satisfaction and align with business goals.
  • Leverage behavioral analytics, user research, and product data to monitor and improve product performance.
  • Think strategically and analytically about improving the product, technology, and development processes.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you’ll need the following skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles, with at least 2+ years working on a payments platform using Stripe Connect or similar payment processors.
    • [Bonus] Experience supporting or leading a product through the transition to a payment facilitator.
  • Experience in product organizations at companies of similar size (~80 employees).
  • A proven track record of managing vendors and external stakeholders, including contract negotiation and execution.
  • Close collaboration with a team of engineers (3-5) on a software product with active users.
  • Experience writing cases and managing projects using tools such as Trello.
  • Familiarity with Scrum principles and experience working in agile environments.
  • Ability to synthesize product requirements from diverse inputs such as customer feedback, business goals, and user data.
  • Strong leadership skills, with engineers and designers eager to work with you again.
  • Hands-on experience with QA, release planning, and a basic understanding of Git Branching.
  • Ability to work with internal stakeholders to develop a product strategy, build a roadmap, and execute it.
  • Understanding of product design principles, with experience working alongside product designers. Familiarity with Figma is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for talking with customers, collecting feedback, and solving their problems.
  • Experience with behavior analytics platforms, preferably Mixpanel.
    • [Bonus] Knowledge of database architecture and basic SQL skills.
    • [Bonus] Experience with SAAS companies using a freemium model.

Work Location: This position requires some face-to-face time, and the ideal candidate would work from the Denver office once a week (or more, if preferred).
