The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced product environment where data is readily available, innovation is expected, and releases happen daily. • Utilize behavior analytics, user research, and product data to report on and improve product performance.
  • Think strategically and analytically about improving the product, technology, and how software is built.

To thrive in this position, you’ll need the following skills and experience:

  • You can synthesize product requirements from various inputs, including customer feedback, business goals, and user data.
  • Your strong leadership skills have earned you a following of engineers and designers who enjoy working with you.
  • You have done your own QA and release planning and have at least a basic understanding of Git Branching.
  • You can work with internal stakeholders to develop a product strategy, build a roadmap, and execute against it.
  • You understand product design principles and have worked with product designers in the past. Bonus if you can get in Figma and update screens using an existing design system.
  • You enjoy talking with customers, collecting and organizing feedback, and generating solutions to their problems.
  • You have experience working with behavior analytics platforms, preferably Mixpanel and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • You have 5+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles, ideally in a company of similar size (~75 employees).

[Bonus]

  • Experience walking through database architecture and writing SQL.
  • Led a team developing mobile apps.
  • Worked for a SAAS company with a freemium model.
