Who we are looking for:
Our Client is seeking a skilled “full-stack” Senior Product Designer to join their Mobile Product Team. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product management, product marketing, and customer experience teams to discover, refine, and define ways to delight customers through a first-class product experience.
As a senior member of the Design organization, you’ll also provide input on how to improve the design and development of products at Our Client.
As a Senior Product Designer on the Mobile Team, you will:
- Work within your product pod to solve user problems and improve business outcomes.
- Design intuitive and engaging mobile experiences that leverage mobile-specific interactions and design patterns.
- Deliver work at the appropriate velocity (speed + quality) for the project by prioritizing strategically and cutting scope where needed.
- Lead qualitative and quantitative user research.
- Produce design work that meets high brand, visual design, and user experience standards.
- Contribute to the design system.
- Work with Engineering and QA teams to ensure the user experience and visual design meet high standards.
- Collaborate actively within the design team by sharing feedback, solving complex problems, and improving team processes.
- Work as part of the Product Organization to accomplish OKRs.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- High standards and strong design “taste”—Our Client believes design sets the bar for quality.
- The ability to speak up when work doesn’t meet high standards.
- A proven track record of contributing to high-quality product launches.
- Strong general design skills, with one or two areas of expertise.
- A strong desire to give and receive feedback.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfort in pitching ideas, defending your thoughts, and making product decisions.
- Experience using and contributing to a design system.
- Experience leading user research.
- A strong product and business sense.
- At least 3-4 years of experience as a product designer, including designing for mobile applications.

This role is based in Denver, Colorado. Regular face-to-face time is essential, with an expectation of being in the Denver office once a week (or more if preferred).
