We are looking for a talented Product Designer to join our growing Product Design team and work on our CX Ops team, onsite or remote. You will be responsible for the vision and execution of all initiatives that ensure our teams can efficiently operate and provide an amazing customer experience to our guests. This is a highly cross-functional role that is critical for the success of the company. Your goal will be to deeply understand the needs of several functions that define the company’s experience and craft the right solutions to address them.
