Our Client is looking for a Senior Paid Search Manager.

About the Role
  
A fast-growing digital platform is seeking an experienced professional to lead paid search strategy within its performance marketing team. The role focuses on driving strong, scalable user acquisition through data-driven, innovative search advertising initiatives that support the growth of an active online community.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Own Paid Search Strategy: Take full responsibility for managing the organization’s search advertising programs across major platforms, overseeing multiple brands with a focus on generating profitable user signups and efficient customer acquisition.
  • Drive Campaign Growth and Experimentation: Lead comprehensive campaign development and testing efforts, refining bidding strategies, improving ad messaging and relevance, and expanding keyword coverage to scale budgets effectively and meet broader growth objectives.
  • Collaborate and Continuously Learn: Work closely with platform partners to gain access to advanced reporting and early-stage product features. Coordinate with internal marketing and product teams to uncover new opportunities and deepen understanding of the target user base.

Requirements
  
Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search programs for consumer-facing businesses.
  • A demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth and meaningful user acquisition.
  • Proven history of effectively scaling monthly ad budgets exceeding $300K.

Analytical Excellence

  • Strong communication skills with a commitment to presenting insights clearly and grounding recommendations in data.
  • Ability to ensure data integrity, conduct sophisticated channel analysis, and articulate how search advertising influences the broader business and marketing ecosystem.

Adaptable & Collaborative Approach

  • Enthusiasm for experimentation, learning from outcomes, and partnering across teams to support customer growth and product adoption.

Technical Competence

  • Deep familiarity with conversion tracking in major ad platforms and experience implementing offline conversion data.
  • Working knowledge of tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager.

Domain Knowledge (Preferred)

  • Background in residential real estate, such as property ownership, investing, leasing, or community management is a plus.
