About the Role

This is a UK Founding Team role with pathway to Head of Marketing UK, you are pivotal in establishing their UK business. The role is predominantly Demand Generation & Brand building.

This is a UK Founding Team role with pathway to Head of Marketing UK, you are pivotal in establishing their UK business. The role is predominantly Demand Generation & Brand building.

  • Demand & Lead Generation > Create a scalable, repeatable process to get MQLs
  • Brand Building > Establish the UK presence – with a reputable brand in Australia, they now need to build one in the UK. The aim is to be known as the industry standard in procurement in the UK & Ireland.
  • Customer Marketing > Work with customers on various co-marketing initiatives
  • Assist the Sales team > Collateral for Sales team to show prospective customers the benefits they’ll gain from using their product
  • Events > Organise and run webinars and in-person events. Coordinate attendance at industry events/expos
  • Social Media > Own regular organic content creation and distribution on our social channels (predominantly LinkedIn). Assist with paid social media advertising
  • Partner Marketing > Form and Continue relationships with integration and strategic partners, Co-marketing Case Studies: organise and deliver, Deliver on partner marketing initiatives
  • Website > Continually grow and refresh website with content and landing pages, assisted by their designers and engineers. Write blog posts/content for website, and assist with SEO initiatives
  • Work with the Go-To-Market team > across the customer journey – sales, implementation, success and evangelism

Qualifications & Person Specification  

  • Marketing experience – 4+ years experience in B2B SaaS marketing. Enterprise and vertical SaaS experience preferred, but not necessary.
  • Get your hands dirty – This role is about executing & building (not just strategy / management).
  • VELOCITY & bias to action – Speed to execute and a can-do attitude and are paramount for this role.
  • Writing Skills – Writing forms a large part of this role. Whether it be creative, formal or educational, proficiency in writing is a must.
  • Canva/Figma skills – Ability to design minor assets (for social media or other materials). Working knowledge of Canva or Figma and an eye for design.
  • Be a people-person – This is a customer-facing role, so a love for interacting with people is a must and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Strong initiative – Their processes are still being developed & refined, so taking the initiative in a flat-structured company is critical to success in this role.
  • A growth mindset – They’re always hungry to improve and want you to contribute to this.
  • Background in Construction/ConTech – Not necessary but a huge bonus if you have prior domain knowledge.

Working Structure  

  • Remote First – Work from anywhere in the UK – they were remote-first before Covid, have established processes around collaboration/culture to ensure inclusiveness & engagement. With social events & annual off-sites (in person).
  • Extra Leave – Everyone gets their Birthday off and an extra day before Christmas
