About the Role
 
As a Senior Data Science Consultant for their team, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing data solutions for their clients. They will also be responsible for managing a small team of Data Science Consultants. The right candidate will have advanced development and data science skills and is a fast learner, detail-oriented, and a great team player.
 
Responsibilities
 

• Manage a small team of Data Science professionals
• Business requirements gathering
• Translate business requirements and convert them to technical specification requirements including database and table structure analysis, risks and assumptions for outlined solution delivery
• Design and Build dashboards utilizing Tableau
• Design and Build dashboards in Power BI and/or other class-leading tools as needed
• Conduct internal Quality Assurance testing activities
• Deliver usability training for Tableau, Power BI, and the Data Freedom (“DF”) Portal to our client’s end users
• Receive, troubleshoot and manage DF support queries from clients
• Analyzing data of the largest real estate companies across the globe
• Write SQL Queries
• Provide technical support across internal business streams
• Participate in Yardi implementation projects as required
• Foster and grow client relationships through product adoption and revenue growth
• Provide additional support to the sales team by identifying business development opportunities and assisting with client proposals/demonstrations
• Other responsibilities as requested

 
Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Engineering Sciences or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of team management experience
• 3+ years of experience with data visualization tools (Tableau required, Power BI as a plus)
• Advanced SQL skills
• Familiarity with ETL processes
• Proven experience in a client-facing role
• Experience with Machine Learning/AI (Python preferred)
• Real Estate experience is a plus, but not required
