Our client in the real estate industry is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join their team in Frankfurt.

SENIOR CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER – FRANKFURT 
 
Our client, a leading provider of SaaS solutions for ESG data management in the real estate industry is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join their team in Frankfurt. 
 
The Role 
 
As a Senior Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for the entire Customer Success team and the strategic support of our most important customers. Your goal is to maintain long-term relationships and ensure that our customers get the maximum benefit from our ESG data management platform.  

Your main tasks include: 

  • Management and development of the Customer Success Team 
  • Development of customer success strategies to increase customer loyalty and the benefits of our platform 
  • Building and maintaining relationships with our key customers to ensure their success and satisfaction 
  • Ensuring the smooth implementation of our solutions at customers, including training and onboarding 
  • Proactively advising clients on how to use our platform to ensure they achieve their ESG objectives 
  • Analysis of customer needs and development of solution approaches in close cooperation with the product and sales team 
  • Monitoring of KPIs to measure customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, as well as regular reporting to management 
  • Identification and implementation of cross- and upselling potentials with existing customers 

About You 
We are looking for an experienced Customer Success leader who thinks both strategically and acts operationally. You bring a deep understanding of SaaS solutions and excellent customer relationship management skills.  
 
Your qualifications: 

  • Several years of experience in customer success or account management, ideally in the SaaS sector, as well as in a management position 
  • In-depth knowledge of the development and implementation of customer success strategies 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all levels 
  • Analytical mindset and experience in working with KPIs to measure customer satisfaction 
  • Affinity for ESG and sustainability topics as well as interest in the real estate industry 
  • Proactive and solution-oriented way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility
