Our client in the real estate industry is looking for a Senior Customer Success Executive to join their team in Frankfurt.

SENIOR CUSTOMER SUCCESS EXECUTIVE – FRANKFURT 
 
Our client, a leading provider of SaaS solutions for ESG data management in the real estate industry is looking for a Senior Customer Success Executive to join their team in Frankfurt.  

The Role 
As a Senior Customer Success Executive (m/f/d), you are responsible for ensuring that their customers get the most benefit from their ESG data management platform. You act as a key point of contact for their customers and ensure that they work successfully with their solution in the long term. Your main tasks include: 

  • Building and maintaining close relationships with their customers to ensure their long-term satisfaction and loyalty 
  • Support in the implementation of our platform and training of users 
  • Proactively advise clients to ensure they make the most of their solution and support them in achieving their ESG goals 
  • Identifying cross- and upselling opportunities based on individual customer needs 
  • Collaborate with the product team to incorporate customer feedback into the further development of the platform 
  • Preparation and presentation of regular reports and performance analyses for customers 
  • Responsibility for achieving customer success goals, such as customer loyalty and customer satisfaction 

About You 
We are looking for an experienced customer success expert who brings a deep understanding of SaaS solutions and a strong customer focus. Your qualifications: 

  • Several years of experience in customer success, account management or a similar role, ideally in the SaaS or ESG environment 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, coupled with a high degree of empathy 
  • Experience in implementing SaaS products and training users 
  • Solution-oriented mindset and the ability to proactively identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions 
  • Affinity for ESG and sustainability topics as well as interest in the real estate industry 
  • Independent and structured way of working with a high degree of initiative
