Senior Business Development Representative serves as the first point of connection to our client for new customers in EMEA. Their focus is to identify and qualify new clients and develop relationships through prospecting, researching, and outreach.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Prospecting & Research
- Researching and identifying potential customers that align with our clients target market
- Research company contacts to determine the appropriate person to contact
- Stay up to date on ESG, Sustainability and industry news
- Continue to prospect in the face of adversity and/or rejection with resilience and optimism
- Utilize creative prospecting techniques to locate potential contacts and connect with them
- Grow and manage pipeline in Hubspot
- Use research to connect with potential customers through methods of cold contacts
- Qualify candidate companies & contacts through discovery meetings
- Create an amazing first impression with prospects through emails, discovery calls, and other interactions
- Build unique strategies for key accounts & resurrect stalled deals
- Facilitate introductions to Account Executives
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers and provide them updates on their products and services
- Generate country specific marketing materials.
- Travel to attend conferences and other events that drive networking and relationship building.
