PropTech Senior Asset Manager role based in London.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is ideal for an asset manager/chartered surveyor with a passion for UK real estate, the desire to be part of the transformation of their towns and cities and to join their fast paced, dynamic and friendly team.

Whilst required to travel independently around the UK visiting assets, this is an important role in their integrated team, where Asset Management, Property Management, Investment Management, Investor Reporting, Directors and Ops all work closely together.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To ensure optimum delivery of client’s objectives with skill and expertise to achieve maximum client satisfaction and company profitability.

Asset Management – Specific Assets, predominantly retail

Strategic Asset Management

Sales and Leasing – Specific Assets

Underwriting – Ad Hoc
