Sr Account Executive at Prop/ClimateTech in Germany

As a Senior Account Executive (m/f/d) at our client, you are responsible for the entire sales process, from identifying new business opportunities to successfully closing them. You will work closely with the sales team and management to position their platform with customers and prospects. Your main tasks include:

  • Independent management of the entire sales cycle: from lead generation to closing
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with decision-makers in the real estate industry
  • Conducting product presentations and demos to demonstrate the added value of their ESG data management platform
  • Development of customer-specific offers and contract negotiations
  • Close collaboration with the marketing and SDR team to optimize lead quality and conversion
  • Responsibility for achieving sales targets and preparing regular reports on sales activities and results

Our client is looking for a sales-experienced and results-oriented Senior Account Executive with a deep understanding of SaaS sales and ideally experience in the ESG or real estate sector. Your qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in sales, preferably in the SaaS sector, with proven success in closing deals
  • Experience in building relationships with C-level decision-makers
  • Strong negotiation skills and closing orientation
  • Technical understanding of SaaS solutions and the ability to explain complex issues simply
  • Affinity to ESG and sustainability issues as well as interest in the real estate industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to work independently
