PropTech Senior Account Executive based in Mainz, Germany.

What you will do
- Use your strong sales background to heavily prospect and identify new sales opportunities for a designated territory
- Maintain a strong sales funnel and sales activities to support business plans and revenue goals
- Use your strong interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage professional relationships with prospects and existing clients at the senior level
- Become familiar with all product solutions, the competitive climate, and promote company products in the marketplace
- Conducting online and onsite presentations to demonstrate the product offerings
- Develop and execute outbound call and email campaigns
- Participate and network at industry events and tradeshows
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals
- Maintain accurate account information and forecasting details through a CRM system
- Use your sales expertise to complete sales forecasts and update accounts to support revenue growth
- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing materials and programs
- Participate in regular sales meetings to report on the status of all opportunities in the sales pipeline and new acquisitions to the pipeline
- 5+ years of successful sales experience managing and developing a sales territory
- Solid knowledge base in sales and ability to apply sales principles (i.e. lead generation, opportunity qualification, proposal development, account management and closure)
- Ability to effectively execute sales strategies using a consultative approach and relationship building techniques
- Ability to interface with all levels within the client organization to include individual properties, large portfolios and other senior leadership in large to mid-sized companies
- Strong, engaging presentation skills and ability to demonstrate product value
- Ability to develop and maintain solid client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to internally motivate, work interdependently, and also work effectively with a team
- Ability to understand and demonstrate technical products
- Prior experience entering data into a CRM system to support up to date client contact and information
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
- Understanding of the real estate investment industry and the business of managing such portfolios and properties

- Prior background in software sales, property management or accounting systems desirable
