About the client
Our client has partnered with the world’s leading construction companies to develop the next generation of solutions for automating civil engineering processes. It offers software and services that utilize big data analytics, AI & machine learning, state-of-the-art computer vision, and drone and camera technologies.

Its core competency is rooted in a team of construction experts and high-tech professionals. The 50-50 ratio of civil engineers/land surveyors and electronics engineers is what enables their client to drive innovation in the Construction and Surveying fields.

Our client is headquartered in Israel, but the sales team is spread across the USA.
  
The Role
This is a unique opportunity to join as the first SDR at a rapidly growing company with a strong customer base. This hire will help define and grow the entire sales function and will soon be promoted to AE based on successful results.
The client will expect you to have the drive, team orientation, humility, and competitive mindset that define great salespeople. We’ll trust you to do things right and give you full autonomy in this position.

Responsibilities (What You Will Do)

  • Partner with their experienced Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills
  • Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries and handle some outbound leads too
  • Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities, and develop account intelligence
  • Work within the Sales team to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement
  • Report to AE and Sales Director, plus marketing team in Israel
  • Schedule appointments and demos for new logo acquisitions and expansion into the existing customer base
  • Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM system

  • You have the technical savvy to work with Sales loft, HubSpot, SalesHub, Zoho, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting/CRM tools
  • You have strong, professional communication skills — written, verbal, and in presentation
  • You can manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently while achieving production goals from an assigned territory or set of accounts
  • Results-driven and have a consistent track record of exceeding quota
  • Analytical, detail-driven, and a master multitasker
  • Strong bonus points for experience in the world of construction
  • Strong bonus points for outbound sales experience (you’ll handle inbound + outbound)
