The Opportunity

They’re seeking a world class Launch Programme Manager responsible for planning and executing seamless launch programmes for our global clients. You’ll be a natural leader working across numerous internal and external teams to delight new clients with a perfect first experience of our client.

You’ll have a sixth sense for any barriers to scalability, and you’ll live and breathe data and process automation - and your primary motivation will be to bring all that to bear internally for our fast-paced organisation.

This is a new role, so those that enjoy a standard day-to-day need not apply! Many of the systems and processes you’ll be working on currently don’t exist, so you’ll be the kind of person that loves getting your hands dirty and building things from the ground up.

You’ll be responsible for auditing and continuously improving our existing processes and systems - you’re the type of person who can’t stop until a process is perfect, and even then, you’ll strive for further refinement. A passion and understanding for technology comes naturally to you, and you’re just as comfortable communicating with Product teams as you are with external clients; your ability to translate complex technical problems into action points is a prized skill. Your technical experience will be vital in both diagnosing bugs and working with and onboarding third party integrations - you’ll understand the importance of a good working relationship with our partners and the role they play within our product.

You’ll likely have experience in programme and project management and a strong passion for process content creation. You’ll understand how the right tools and processes can support sales teams to achieve 10x and make customers have a seamless experience regardless of growing pains. You’ll create customised client training to help our stakeholders self-serve and gear them up for success.

You’ll understand and have first hand experience of the role that data plays in a fast-growing SaaS company and will use this data to help make strategic decisions, share metrics internally and help with product prioritisation.
