PropTech Sales Operations Manager role based in North Carolina, US

They are searching for a Sales Operations Manager that can help their growing sales team succeed by contributing analytics support, operational excellence, and strategic thinking. This high-impact role is a key business partner to the sales organization, enabling revenue growth and increasing sales productivity for our in-market Sales Account Executives.

You will:
  • Manage and maintain sales data in Hubspot (CRM) and other software programs
  • Recognize, develop, and implement process improvements within the Sales organization, including ways to maintain sales process adherence
  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and Key Performance Indicators
  • Assist Sales Leaders with Pipeline and Opportunity inspection, including creating statistical models and forecasts that use trends and patterns to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Work with Marketing to track leads origination, identify high-value channels, and advise how we should be focusing incremental marketing spend
  • Creating and maintaining Sales Department policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource material, including onboarding and training of new Sales Representatives
You have:
  • 3-5 years of experience with Sales Analytics or Sales Operations
  • Proficiency with Hubspot and various CRM tools and integrations
  • Experience with data analytics, including the ability to pull insights and make recommendations based on complex sales data sets
  • Extensive knowledge of best practices for driving sales in sustainable, scalable ways

  • Able to understand the strategic direction and goals of the Sales team and support appropriate processes to facilitate the achievement of business objectives
  • Skilled at crafting efficient processes and measuring operational performance
  • Results-oriented, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
  • Someone who initiates and builds relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner
  • Data driven, and skilled at understanding how to use analytics to find and tell stories
  • Driven to innovate and optimize the use of available resources
  • Comfortable with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
