PropTech Sales Manager based in Germany.

We are looking for a B2B software sales professional to join our clients team and accelerate their growth in Germany!

Our client is a fast-growing, venture capital-backed, Finnish construction technology company providing a collaboration software for real estate developers and construction companies which digitalises the interaction between customers, project teams and construction site crew.

Their unique holistic approach and the use of building information models (BIM) separates us from competitors and creates huge value to our clients and their customers.

Our client is proven to improve efficiency, quality, customer service and reduce waste and emissions. The software is used in 9 European countries in over 300 projects.

Job description

They are building their German sales team and they are looking for the first recruits!
Your role would be to prospect potential clients, make contact, book meetings, and give solution-oriented presentations. Their Sales and Customer Success teams in Finland will onboard and support you.

The ideal candidate can efficiently manage the sales process from prospecting to close. He/she is efficient in dealing with medium and enterprise-sized companies. He/she can communicate with different stakeholders ranging from customer service agents to C-suite. He/she can find the customers’ challenges and can present a solution with a value proposition. He/she is customer-centric, can build long-term partnerships, and can take on a consultative role too.

Requirements
● B2B software sales experience with a proven track record
● Construction/Real estate industry understanding / networks is a plus
