Our client provides property management software to property managers and portfolio owners with the mission to help their clients thrive in the short- and mid-term rentals market and to help deliver professional short term stays to guests globally. Created by property managers for property managers, our client decided to make a change and build one seamless technology to help their customers market, distribute and manage their properties in one single system.

The Role:
The Sales Executive will play a leading role in the company’s national and international growth plans for their B2B SaaS expansion. The role will be focused on new business sales into the B2B market with the responsibility of increasing the number of properties in the current portfolio through building partnerships across the property and hospitality industry.
The Sales Executive will lead the day-to-day sales activity to deliver partner and portfolio growth through both outbound and inbound sales activity.

  • Owning and building the pipeline – Owning the whole sales pipeline and sourcing, prospect, initiate and nurture relationships to generate new business opportunities
  • Lead generation and conversion – Pro-actively seeking out opportunities to generate and convert leads. Manage the partner signing process from initial discussions, software demos and contract signing, including partner introductory meetings, pricing, preparing proposal documents and contract issuing.
  • Proactively creating growth opportunities – Proactively seeking, researching and implementing other growth opportunities.
  • Target key decision makers – determine buying readiness and timelines, prepare and present product demonstrations.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, customer success, to ensure seamless communication and alignment in delivering exception value to clients
  • Market Insights – Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to continually refine our approach and product offerings

Our client are looking for a genuine self-starter who has the ability, potential, and a thirst to learn and grow as the company expands globally. The role would best suit somebody who has experience in a full sales role within a SaaS environment.

  • Demonstrated track record of success in a full cycle B2B sales role
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in sales within a SaaS business
  • Instinctively commercially minded, able to generate success in winning clients and in winning sales for clients
  • Strong empathy, able to see and anticipate partners’ points of view, to engage with them and positively manage them
  • Excellent analytical and people skills. You will need to combine the ability to source, create and understand performance data and translate that into understanding for partners
  • Someone who thrives under pressure and with constantly changing dynamics
  • A people person who thrives on working with others and loves building personal connections that drive growth
  • Someone who is organised and detail oriented
  • Someone who has strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills who’s energetic and focused
