They’re looking for a Private Sector Sales Director, reporting to their Commercial Director.

As a Sales Leader you will help build and manage a team of sales executives and have great leadership and initiative, with a personable approach to driving team performance and sales with their team. You will be used to delivering against revenue targets, be driven by passion and be responsible for your team’s performance in persuading private sector landlords and operators to work with them. You will have extensive experience of SaaS sales in a relevant sector (real estate). You will be connecting with those you already know and building relationships with those you don’t. You will be investigating the sector as you build the pipeline, proposing the benefits of their solutions and guiding the key stakeholders to a decision to use them.
Key to this role will be a focus on your team (talent development, acquisition and retention) and pipeline (growth, quality and linear progression) and a close alignment to their Revenue Operations team in order to scale their business faster.
