PropTech Sales Development Representative role based Remotely in the UK

Our client is looking for experienced Sales professionals to join their high performing team and be at the forefront of  expansion into the UK. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a key role in an expanding company. They are looking for entrepreneurial individuals who thrive on challenges and are looking for an opportunity to take their sales experience to the next level.

Role & responsibilities:
  • Booking outbound meetings through a multi-channel approach of cold-calls, emails, social selling, networking and independent research
  • Establishing a set of KPIs – in conjunction with the leadership team – that you’re comfortable working towards and hitting those numbers
  • Establishing genuine relationships with key stakeholders across the business, and externally with potential new clients
  • Engaging with a range of prospects, including C-suite/Directors, from all sorts of different organisations, from Blue Chip to Public Sector
  • Lead on discovery conversations with prospects on behalf of clients, to unearth challenges and an understanding digital roadmaps for the coming year
  • Striving to learn on a day-to-day basis.
  • Delivering a World Class Customer Service for clients at every touchpoint of the process, adhering to best practice
  • Work in tandem with clients to manage sales pipeline; maintain impeccable administration and update all activity in Hubspot, their CRM
  • Work with the Marketing and Strategy teams to establish a sequencing and automation process in order to help maximise your output against KPIs
  • Continually act as an ambassador for the company
  • Have an influence on the growth of the overall business
What You Bring:
  • Articulate, with strong written & verbal communication skills, and a talent for building rapport and accelerating relationships
  • A desire to work with lots of different stakeholder, be it clients, colleagues, managers or prospects
  • An interest or affinity with the Prop Tech and/or the CRE industry
  • Experience working with the aid of Sales Enablement tools (Salesloft, Outreach, Yesware etc) would be an advantage
  • A can-do, positive mindset that is goal-orientated
  • Have the flexibility to thrive in a scale-up, high growth environment where things change at the drop of a hat
  • Appreciative of the value in strong relationships with your colleagues
  • Relish the opportunity to be continuously learning and developing
  • Language command: English a must, German ideal but not a hard requirement, French / Spanish beneficial
