Our Client based in London, is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team. 
Are you a sales superstar with a passion for AI and a knack for thriving in unstructured environments? Do you have a proven track record of selling B2B enterprise products and the grit to make outbound sales work, no matter what? If so, we’ve got an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). 
About the Role: 
As an SDR, you’ll be the frontline of our sales efforts, responsible for generating and qualifying leads, setting up meetings, and ultimately, helping to grow our customer base. 
Your day-to-day will involve: 

  • Proactively reaching out to potential clients in the property sector, including commercial agents, investors, and property managers. 
  • Crafting compelling messages that articulate the value of our AI assistant, Ellie, and how it can revolutionise their workflows. 
  • Qualifying leads and setting up meetings for our CEO Kate and Partnership Lead Lu. 
  • Collaborating with marketing to refine our messaging and target the right prospects. 
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and leveraging your knowledge to identify new opportunities. 
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • A track record of success in outbound enterprise sales. 
  • Experience selling complex or technical products, you like a challenge. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • The ability to think on your feet and handle objections with ease. 
  • A deep understanding of the property industry and the challenges faced by professionals in the sector. 
  • Enthusiasm for AI and its potential to transform the way we work. 
  • A competitive spirit and a desire to be part of a fast-paced, high-growth startup. 

Desired Experience/ Skills 

  • Experience selling B2B enterprise products 
  • Passionate about AI 
  • Experience working in an unstructured environment (start-up/first salesperson etc.) 
  • We’d buy our product from this person 
  • Strong drive for success – grit and determination to make outbound work, no matter what 

Responsibilities/ Duties include 

  • B2B real estate experience 
  • Experience selling ‘difficult’ products, either more technical than ours or longer/slower sales cycles 
  • Existing property network

On target earnings of £100k, with a base salary of £50k per annum. Meaningful equity (on a standard vesting schedule).
