PropTech Sales Development Representative role based in Germany

Our client is a trusted partner of choice for delivering the industry’s most flexible and easiest-to-deploy 3D digital twin platform to builders and owners everywhere. Capture your jobsite in 3D with their simple-to-use mobile app while controlling a 360 camera. Their cloud-based platform allows you to consolidate all engineering, design, and reality-capture data collected over an entire project lifecycle into 3D space, and securely share information among your stakeholders

Your Responsibilities:

You’ll report to the Director of Sales

  • Researching, prospecting, and qualifying leads for the sales team so those leads become sales opportunities
  • As well as inbound leads, enthusiastically working on outbound activities, representing the company in a highly professional manner
  • Achieve and exceed your monthly metrics of booking qualified meetings and creating viable sales opportunities. The best of these opportunities become our client’s customers
  • Share feedback with marketing and sales organizations, to ensure processes are optimized
  • Manage and maintain data integrity in their CRM system
Your Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or other experience is preferred
  • Sales, marketing, or customer service experience preferably with B2B software companies will be considered
  • Goal and results-oriented, optimistic, smart, value-added mindset, proactive, and easily adapts to change
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
  • Analytically driven with skills to use data and metrics
  • Collaborative team player and self-starter
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
  • Growth mindset – desire to continue to improve, simplify, scale new and existing processes, and professional growth
  • Experience with CRM systems will be a plus
  • Outbound experience is a plus
