What this role involves

The Sales Development Representative will be the first line of direct contact for potential new clients to the company’s industry leading platforms. The Sales Development Representative will be engaged in both Account Based Marketing and qualification of leads for the Sales Directors, deciphering specific information from prospects through direct calls and emails.

Snapshot of the role:
  • Partnering closely with Account Executives to identify hot leads and progress them down the sales funnel
  • Qualifying potential leads through a multi-pronged approach of cold calling, email, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Researching and understanding organisations and the relevant personas you will target
  • Learning how to anticipate and prepare for objections during qualifying calls
  • Understanding and comfortably explaining our client’s value proposition to prospects

  • Business Development or Professional Sales experience role
  • Coachable and willingness to learn

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM and other tools made available to drive results
  • Ideally background in PropTech or Real Estate
