Our Client is looking for an experienced Revenue Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive learning programs focused on core sales competencies such as pitching, positioning, account planning, and territory management.
  • Train sales teams on leveraging the organization’s technology stack to streamline workflows and enhance customer engagement.
  • Facilitate workshops on presentation skills tailored for various audience sizes to strengthen communication and impact.
  • Design and implement training initiatives that deepen understanding of industry-specific challenges and growth opportunities.
  • Support sales teams in analyzing and navigating competitive market dynamics.
  • Partner with cross-functional roles—including Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, Consultants, and Customer Success teams—to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
  • Educate teams on identifying and addressing customer pain points to improve satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Incorporate case studies and success stories to illustrate real-world best practices.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning to keep sales professionals informed, skilled, and competitive.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies and the ability to apply them effectively in training and development programs.
  • Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create engaging, outcome-driven learning experiences.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing sales training initiatives that drive measurable performance improvements.
  • Skilled in analyzing sales processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
  • Proficient in leveraging sales technology tools, including CRM systems, analytics platforms, and communication software, to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Experienced in the design, facilitation, and continuous improvement of professional development programs.
  • (Optional industry-specific version:) Solid understanding of industry trends, market challenges, and competitive dynamics to deliver targeted, relevant training.
