PropTech Real Estate Sales Manager role based in Paris, France

Job description

The role is part of the sales team, selling the company’s solutions globally to institutional investors, investment funds, REITs or operators. Our teams interact at a very strategic layer with both top management and operational teams of asset/portfolio managers.

The candidate is expected to have excellent communication skills with experience in sales processes in a real estate business. It is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team with high growth forecast across Europe, North America and Asia.

  • Build and maintain an extensive network with real estate asset managers
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline in coordination with top management
  • Carry out phone appointments, physical meetings, product demonstrations, negotiation and closing with clients
  • Respond to tenders
  • Prepare and sign framework agreements with clients
  • Ensure the company’s visibility in real estate and proptech events, conferences in coordination with marketing
  • Kick off projects and hand over to project and data asset management teams
  • Maintain contacts and interactions records in the company’s CRM
  • Contribute to marketing and communications improvement
Preferred experience
  • A Master degree, engineering school or business school
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in the commercial or residential real estate industry
  • Curiosity for smart building, technology and innovation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fluent in French, English and ideally another European language (Spanish, German, Italian)
