Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Real Estate Partnership Manager (B2B) to join their team in Berlin. This position will be a key part of their opening phase. Your primary focus will be the growth of the business (new acquisitions either individual unit and buildings). You will negotiate and forge relationships with large developers and multifamily housing (family office). Working closely with the Director of Real Estate you will support strategy development and building a strong pipeline.
As a start-up, and with the company’s unique culture you will be given a high degree of autonomy and expected to deal with numerous challenges and opportunities along the way.
Responsibilities
- Create a consistent supply pipeline of buildings and units that meet their standards
- Build a strong network with property developers, multifamily housing, and institutional property owners
- Developing and identifying a shortlist of appropriate buildings
- Secure multi-unit deals of high-quality apartments
- Advocate and drive a strong reputation for the company in the sector
- Work and partner with various departments in effectively resolving partners enquiries, challenges, and contracts
- Manage budgets, expenses and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
About you
- You have at least 3+ years of experience working in real estate leadership roles, specifically in Berlin
- In depth knowledge and familiarity with the real estate market in Berlin
- Proven track record of managing complex legal residential leases
- Skilled negotiator and relationship manager
- Proven track record of excellence in surpassing sales targets
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams
- Strong network in residential real estate in Berlin (Germany is a plus)
- German & English speaker
Responsibilities

- Acquire and drive negotiations of long-term leases of high-quality apartments in desirable locations in Berlin
- Manage and develop the existing relationships with property owners within the company’s network
- Advocate and drive a strong reputation for the company in the sector
- Work and partner with various departments in effectively resolving landlord enquiries, challenges, and contracts
- Manage budgets, expenses and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
