Our client is seeking a Real Estate Manager to join their team in Berlin. As a Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, touring, and acquiring apartments that meet their apartment criteria.
Your goal will be to forge relationships with property developers, large institutional property owners, and independent landlords to acquire a consistent amount of highly unique apartments in Berlin. You will also help manage existing relations with property owners, family oﬃces, and residential brokers that are part of their network. Lastly, you will drive all lease negotiations and agreements with their property partners.
