What you will do

  • To be responsible for the implementation and training of solutions in client companies and their sites in Europe.
  • To resolve client issues during and after implementation.
  • To learn the product’s portfolio as required.
  • To provide effective management information to clients.
  • Attend inter-departmental meetings to cascade client information where relevant.
  • To liaise with the Training, Account Management and support Departments on an ongoing basis concerning the implementation of the job holder’s nominated clients.
  • To implement new processes and procedures for the departments as required.
  • To attend pre-sales meetings and trade shows as required.

Location: Although based at the Paris Office the job holder must be prepared to travel to prospective client sites wherever required (up to 70% travel).  

  What would be helpful to have:

  • Experience in Fund management and/or Fund Accounting
  • Experience in managing software implementation
  • Solid Accounting knowledge
  • Project Management skills
  • Ability to deal with people at all different levels
  • Ability to manage several processes at once
  • Commercial Awareness
  • Ability to meet fee-earning targets
  • Preferably degree educated or equivalent
  • Fluent in French and English is essential (verbal and written)
  • An additional language (German, Spanish) is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in property management or the real estate industry preferred
  • Experience with SQL server and or Oracle database
