In 2019, they became a publicly traded company on the London Stock Exchange and currently has offices in London, NYC, Los Angeles, and Hong Kong. They have customers across 28 countries.

The VP Sales, South and Southeast Asia role at the business is an exciting opportunity to help lead the company’s expansion and growth in the region. Working closely with Asia Pacific leadership, this professional will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing, market-leading sales organization that achieves the company’s revenue and profitability goals.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated professional with a strong sales/business development capability gained within the commercial real estate sector. S/he should have a demonstrated people management track record in addition to high-volume, high-velocity deal success. S/he should also have an established network in the real estate industry and a verifiable track record achieving aggressive growth

Initially targeting the Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia markets, they will eventually cover the entire Asia Pacific region. The South and Southeast Asia territory currently includes Singapore, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, and Indonesia. This professional will have broad strategic oversight of the territory and manage major customer relationships, and corresponding travel should be expected.

  • Build and lead a regional proptech sales organization whose customers include the world’s leading landlords, asset managers, operators, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Leverage existing relationships to create new business across different customer segments in the office asset class, particularly in
  • Grow business with existing customers to maximize coverage within real estate
  • Execution and management of revenue-generating initiatives, with a focus on creating and driving strategies and tactics that enable profitable and sustainable This includes setting performance metrics for the organization, customer segmentation, and submarket resource allocation.
  • Achievement of Recurring Revenue goals and other KPI
  • Enable growth through business partnerships with real estate service firms, consultants, and other professional organizations participating in the
  • Be a public advocate for the company and product in the industry through appearances in media, industry forums, and other
  • Work with the sales leadership team to:

  • 10+ years of commercial real estate experience, ideally within a major Asia Pacific
  • An understanding how an office building is developed, financed, managed, leased, and
  • A track record of, and aptitude and energy for, driving commercial
  • Strong leadership and management capability, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster relationships and maintain enduring executive client
  • Ability to take complicated, multi-faceted concepts and simplify them for an
  • Excellent judgment, with ability to drive decision-making and manage multiple initiatives
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes unstructured
  • Outstanding presentation skills in both verbal and written
